Reset PIN Code (with a Software Token) #

If you forget your PIN code, you must apply for a PIN code reset.
Click here for information on changing your PIN code.(if you know your current PIN code.)
Below is the procedure for applying for a PIN code reset.

PIN code reset application procedure #

1. Access the ccPortal and log in.
2. Click [MODIFY] in the “VPN” area.

   

3. Select [Reset Authentication Infomation] in the “Modification Type” field.
   And click [SUBMIT].

   

4. The pledge screen will appear.
   Review the contents, check [Agree] and click [SUBMIT].

   

5. Your PIN code reset application has been completed.
   Please wait for the completion of the procedure.
   

   

   ※You will be notified by email when the process is complete.
   ※Please confirm your new PIN code from the notification that can be downloaded from the electronic application portal (ccportal) after your application is completed.
   ※Please change the PIN code in the email. (Please refer to here.)
   ※Please note that the application form can be downloaded up to 3 days from the time it is first opened.
