A. To use VPN with the Software Token, you need 3 steps.

If you lose your smartphone, please apply for reactivation immediately.

A. First, please apply for a new VPN account at ccportal.
The email will be issued to you when your account registration is complete.

A. Make sure it is not in your spam folder. Check your e-mail settings to make sure that you have not set your e-mail settings to reject e-mails from “ noreply-kekpl@kek.jp”.

Also, if there is an error in your registered e-mail address for this system, the e-mail will not be sent.
(If you are a migrated user from the previous authentication system, the email address you registered with the VPN in the past will be registered.
If you are a new user, the email address you registered with ccPortal when you applied for a new VPN will be registered.)

A. With one activation URL you can activate your smartphone up to two times.
So, you can register up to two smart phones at the same time.

(However, if you perform two activation operations for one smartphone, the activation URL will become invalid because it has been used twice. And you can only register one device in that case.)

Even if you have used the Activate URL twice, you will be able to register two units again by reissuing it.
(If you reissue the Activate URL, the software token you used before the reissue will no longer be available.)
