Change authentication method #

You can switch the authentication method (Software Token⇔Web Token (Random Number Table)).

To switch authentication methods, you must apply.
The following is the procedure for applying to switch authentication methods.

Application Procedure for Change of authentication Method #

1. Access the ccPortal and log in.
2. Click [MODIFY] in the “VPN” area.

   

3. Select [Change Authentication Type] in the “Modification Type” field.
   And select the authentication method you wish to use ([Software Token] or [Random Number Table]) in the Authentication Method field.
   Then click [SUBMIT].
   

   

4. The pledge screen will appear.
   Review the contents, check [Agree] and click [SUBMIT].
   

   

5. Your application has been completed.
   Please wait for the completion of the procedure.
