Procedure for using VPN with the old authentication system #

This page describes how to use a VPN with the old authentication system.

• Parallel Operation Period： July 13, 2022 - August 31, 2022

During the Parallel Operation Period, VPN authentication using the existing authentication system is also possible.
(After the Parallel Operation Period, it will no longer be available.)

If you use the old authentication method, the VPN server name you enter in the VPN client (AnyConnect) will change from the old one.

A VPN client software on your PC is required to use VPN.
Please click here(*1) for information on obtaining a VPN client(*2).
　(*1)To access the Web site from internet, you need a username and password.
The username and password can be found in the “Get VPN Client” field of the email with the subject line “Your registration to KEK VPN new authentication by software token (smartphone application) has been completed. "

　(*2)The VPN client is the same one as what you have been using for the KEK VPN. If you have already obtained it, this procedure is not necessary.
