計算科学センターでは、原則として、毎年各利用者の方にアカウントとネットワーク機器登録の更新手続きをしていただくことにしております。更新手続きは、高エネルギー加速器研究機構における利用者としての資格に依って異なりますのでご注意ください。以下に記述のないシステムについては、今回は自動更新いたしますので手続きは必要ありません。

8月16日12時までに更新されないアカウント・機器は、利用できなくなります。

更新手続きに関しては以下を御覧ください。

1. PostKEK/MailKEK メールシステム、メーリングリスト

メールアカウントは、機構職員、各部局で自動更新を認められた方、および2013年6月1日以降に新規に申請された方は更新手続きをする必要はありません。(自動更新されます。以下に述べる更新用Webページで確認できます。) 上記以外のすべての利用者は更新する必要があります。メーリングリストはすべてのリストが更新対象となります。更新するには、http://info.post.kek.jp/ (機構内からのみアクセス可) を参照し、記載の手順に従ってください。機構外から接続するには、VPN接続などをご利用ください。

2. 中央計算機システム KEKCC (Work Server, CIFS, Access Server)、
　 研究情報Web、 コンファレンスWeb、VPN接続

サービス 今年度 (2013年4月1日以降) 登録申請されたアカウントは更新手続きをする必要はありません。それ以外のすべてのアカウントは更新手続きを行う必要があります。更新するには、https://renewal.kek.jp/ (機構内からのみアクセス可) を参照し、記載の手順に従ってください。機構外から接続するには、VPN接続などをご利用ください。  

3. GRID CA

今年度 (2013年4月1日以降) 登録申請されたアカウントは更新手続きをする必要はありません。それ以外のすべてのアカウントは更新手続きを行う必要があります。更新するには、https://gridca.kek.jp/renewal/confirm2013.php を参照し、記載の手順に従ってください。なお、更新には個人証明書が必要となります。

4. 無線 LAN (MAクラスタ) 接続

機構職員[*1, 下記注]が登録申請した機器は更新手続きを行う必要はありません。また、ユーザーズオフィスを通じて申請された機器と、今年度（2013年4月1日以降）登録申請された機器も更新手続きを行う必要はありません。上記に該当しない機器は更新を行ってください。更新するには、申請書 ( http://ccwww.kek.jp/ccsupport/applyforms/wlan-registration.pdf ) に必要事項を記載し、計算科学センター事務室[*2]に提出してください。なお、利用資格等に変更がある場合や使用しなくなった機器がありましたら、上記の申請書により変更申請や廃止申請をお願いいたします。

1-3において、上記の方法による更新手続きが困難な場合は、http://ccwww.kek.jp/ccsupport/ccapply/update.pdf に必要事項を記入の上、計算科学センター事務室[*2]まで提出してください。

所属や利用資格などに変更がある方は、http://ccwww.kek.jp/ccsupport/ccapply/systemapply/system-application.pdf に必要事項を記入の上、計算科学センター事務室[*2]まで提出してください。

Each year, as a general rule, the KEK Computing Research Center requires that each user takes the necessary action to renew their computer account and network device registrations. The action required varies according to your type of qualification as a user at KEK. For systems not listed below, accounts will be renewed automatically during this period.

Computer accounts and devices not renewed by 12:00 on August 16th will be blocked.

See the renewal process instructions below.

1. E-mail (PostKEK/MailKEK) and mailing lists

For e-mail accounts, KEK staff members, people who are qualified for the automatic renewal by each department, and users who applied for an account on or after June 1st 2013 do NOT need to renew accounts (which have been renewed automatically, and this can be confirmed on the renewal page mentioned below). ALL other users need to renew their accounts. ALL mailing lists are subject to renewal. To renew accounts, please visit http://info.post.kek.jp/index-e.html (only accessible from KEK) and follow the instructions on the screen. If you are outside of KEK, please use the VPN to access the page.

2. Central Computing System KEKCC (Work Server, CIFS, Access Server),
Research Web, Conference Web, VPN connection service

User accounts that were requested in this fiscal year (on or after April 1st 2013) are NOT subject to renewal. All other user accounts are subject to renewal. To renew accounts, please visit https://renewal.kek.jp/ (only accessible from KEK) and follow the instructions on the screen. If you are outside of KEK, please use the VPN to access the page.

3. GRID CA

User accounts that were requested in this fiscal year (on or after April 1st 2013) are NOT subject to renewal. All other user accounts are subject to renewal. To renew your account, please visit https://gridca.kek.jp/renewal/confirm2013.php and follow the instructions on the screen. Note that you need a valid user certificate to renew.

4. Wireless network connection (MA cluster)

KEK staff members[*1, see below] do NOT need to renew their registrations. If a device registration was applied for through the Users Office, or in this fiscal year (on or after April 1st 2013), it is NOT subject to renewal either. All other registrations are subject to renewal. To renew the registration, you need to fill in an application form which is available at http://ccwww.kek.jp/ccsupport/applyforms/wlan-registration.pdf and submit it to the administration office of the Computing Research Center [*2]. If you have registered devices that are no longer used or have changed your type of qualification as a KEK user, you need to submit the above application form for revocation or registration update.

Alternatively, for 1-3, you can fill in an application form available at http://ccwww.kek.jp/ccsupport/ccapply/update.pdf and submit it to the administration office of the Computing Research Center [*2].

If your type of qualification as a KEK user has changed due to a move of institute or position, you will need to submit another form to the administration office of the Computing Research Center[*2]. The form is available at http://ccwww.kek.jp/ccsupport/ccapply/systemapply/system-application.pdf .
