Operation schedule of computer and network systems
for the planned power cut in summer 2025

Due to the site-wide power cut scheduled for August 1 through August 3, 2025 and maintenance and upgrade work scheduled on this occasion, the Computing Research Center will take the system downtimes as follows:

Central Data Analysis System (KEKCC)

August 1 (Fri.), 9:00 - August 5 (Tue.), 17:00
Except analysis servers and a part of GRID services

Online Application Portal (ccPortal)

August 1 (Fri.), 17:00 - August 4 (Mon.), 10:00

Network

Network will be unreachable or unstable intermittently from August 2 (Sat) through August 3 (Sun) to perform maintenance and upgrade of the system.

Systems not listed above will be available throughout the period.

Major system failures can be reported to the remote operation center at 029-864-5770 24 hours a day, but it may be fixed after the holidays if the impact is insignificant.

2025年夏季計画停電前後の計算機システム等の運用予定

2025年8月1日から8月3日に予定されている計画停電、またそれに併せて 実施する保守・更新作業のため、計算科学センターで管理運用している 計算機等は以下のように停止いたします。

中央データ解析システム (KEKCC)

8月 1日(金) 9:00 - 8月 5日(火) 17:00
解析用周辺サーバ及び GRID サービスの一部を除く

申請ポータル (ccPortal)

8月 1日(金) 17:00 - 8月 4日(月) 10:00

ネットワーク

保守作業やバージョンアップなどを行うため、8月2日(土)から3日(日)までの期間で、 一時的に不通あるいは不安定になることがあります。

上記以外のシステムは、無停止で運用します。
