Renewal of computer account and device registrations
アカウント・機器の登録更新について
IMPORTANT: ACTION REQUIRED
no later than 17:00 on Thursday, December 10th, 2015 (JST)

Each year, as a general rule, KEK Computing Research Center requires that each user takes the necessary action to renew his/her computer account and network device registrations.  

Computer accounts and devices not renewed by 17:00 on December 10th, 2015 (JST) will be blocked.

Listed below are the systems which need to be renewed this year.  

  1. E-mail System (PostKEK/MailKEK) [*a]  
  2. Mailing-list (ml.post.kek.jp)  
  3. Central Computing System KEKCC (Work Server, CIFS, Access Server)  
  4. Research Web (research.kek.jp)  
  5. Conference Web (www-conf.kek.jp)  
  6. GRID CA  
  7. VPN  
  8. Eduroam  
  9. Wireless LAN (MA Cluster) [*b]

Every account and device which was registered on or before August 31st, 2015 (and is valid until now), and every mailing-list which is valid at the present day is subject to renewal (except as described below).

*a For "E-mail System (PostKEK/MailKEK)" accounts, KEK staff members and those who are qualified for the automatic renewal by each department are exempted from manual renewal. Their accounts will be renewed automatically.

*b For "Wireless LAN (MA Cluster)", devices applied for by KEK staff members or through the Users Office are the exemption from manual renewal and will be renewed automatically.

重要: 2015年12月10日(木)17時 (日本時間) までに対応してください

計算科学センターでは、原則として、毎年各利用者の方にアカウントと ネットワーク機器登録の更新手続きをしていただくことにしております。  

2015年12月10日17時 (日本時間) までに更新されないアカウント・機器は、利用できなくなります。

今年度の更新対象システムは以下の通りです。  

  1. PostKEK/MailKEK メールシステム [*a]
  2. PostKEK メーリングリスト (ml.post.kek.jp)
  3. 中央計算機システム KEKCC (Work Server, CIFS, Access Server)
  4. 研究情報Web (research.kek.jp)
  5. コンファレンスWeb (www-conf.kek.jp)  
  6. GRID CA  
  7. VPN  
  8. Eduroam  
  9. 無線LAN (MAクラスタ) [*b]

更新対象となるアカウント・機器等は、2015年8月31日までに新規登録され 現在有効なアカウント・機器と、現在有効なすべてのメーリングリストになります。 (ただし、下記２項に相当するアカウント・機器は除きます。)

*a "PostKEK/MailKEK メールシステム"については、機構職員もしくは各部局で自動更新を認められた方の個人メールアカウントは自動更新されます。

*b "無線LAN (MAクラスタ)"については、機構職員が申請した機器、もしくはユーザーズオフィスを通じて申請した機器は更新手続き対象から除外されます。なお、総研大の学生は機構職員に相当しませんのでご注意ください。
