1. Email (PostKEK / MailKEK) and Mailing lists

Period: 17th July – 30th September 2012

For Email accounts, KEK staff and new users since 5th June 2012 are NOT subject to the renewal. ALL other users should take an action of renewal. ALL mailing lists are subject to the renewal. Please access http://info.post.kek.jp/, and follow the described procedures. Note that this web site is accessible only from the inside of KEK. If you would access from the outside KEK, please use the VPN connection.

2. VPN connection service

Period: 17th July – 30th September 2012

ALL users except for new applicants since 1st April 2012 are subject to the renewal. Please access https://renewal.kek.jp/, and follow the described procedures. Also note that the site is accessible only from the inside of KEK.

3. GRID CA

Period: 17th July – 30th September 2012

ALL users are subject to the renewal. Please access https://gridca.kek.jp/renewal/confirm2012.php, and follow the described procedures.

4. Anti-virus software license

We will send email about the renewal to each individual user in this autumn.

Note that the KEK Central Computing System (KEKCC), and web system (Research Web, Conference Web, KEK Web) are not subject to the renewal for this year.

5. Wireless network connection (MA cluster)

We will stop the broadcast of the SSID “tsubaki” at the time of the scheduled site-wide power blackout on 17th August 2012 due to the migration to new authentication system. The SSID (tsubaki) will be no longer available. Please connect to the new SSID “tsubaki-II” instead, which is already available for registered devices. Note that new registrations for the SSID "tsubaki" will end at 12:00 on 13th August.

Renewal of your devices

Period: 17th July – 13th August 2012

Devices registered by KEK staff and KEK users are NOT subject to the renewal. Other users (KEK staff signature is required when application) should renew their devices. Also remind that an application is required in case of affiliation change from KEK users to KEK staff. Please send the application form to the Service Desk of Computing Research Center. Sending by FAX (+81 29-864-4402) is also available. The application form can be obtained from http://ccwww.kek.jp/ccsupport/applyforms/wlan-registration.pdf. The renewal application should be posted no later than 12:00 on 13th August. Non-renewed devices will be unregistered in the morning on 16th August, and subject to new registrations.

計算科学センターが運用している各種システムをご利用の方は、下記のアカウント継続手続きに従って、アカウント更新を行ってください。

1. PostKEK / MailKEKメールシステム、メーリングリスト

期間：2012年 7月17日 〜 9月30日
対象：メールアカウント：原則として職員以外、及び2012年6月5日以降に新規申請された方以外
　　　メーリングリスト：すべてのメーリングリスト

ユーザ情報ページ(http://info.post.kek.jp/) を参照し、記載の手順に従ってください。利用継続受付のメールの受信をもって、更新手続きの完了となります。アカウント更新対象外のユーザは、事前に利用継続手続きを行っています。確認のため、対象外ユーザの方も上記のユーザ情報ページにて手続き済みかどうかご確認ください。ユーザ情報ページは機構内からのみアクセス可能です。機構外からの接続の際は、VPN接続などをご利用ください。

2. VPN接続サービス

期間：2012年 7月 17日 〜 9月30日
対象：今年度に新規申請された方以外

https://renewal.kek.jp/ (機構内からのみアクセス可)を参照し、記載の手順に従ってください。利用継続受付が完了するとその旨が画面に表示されます。今年度新規に利用申請した方以外は職員も含め全ユーザが年度更新の対象になります。

3. GRID CA局

期間：2012年 7月 17日 〜 9月30日
対象：今年度新規に利用申請した方も含め、全ユーザが対象になります。

https://gridca.kek.jp/renewal/confirm2012.phpを参照し、記載の手順に従ってください。

4. アンチウイルスソフトウェアライセンス

利用継続手続きについては、秋以降別途お知らせいたします。

その他

• 中央計算機システム、Webシステム(研究情報Web、コンファレンスWeb、機構Web)の更新は、今年度は必要ありません。
• 管理局ユーザについては、PostKEK/MailKEKメールシステム以外の手続きは各自で行う必要があります。VPN接続サービスをご利用の方はご注意ください。
• 上記の方法による継続手続きが困難な場合は、計算科学センター事務室にある「ユーザアカウント継続手続申請書」に必要事項を記入し、同事務室に提出してください。申請書はhttp://ccwww.kek.jp/kek/cc/oper/update.htmlから取得できます。申請書は、FAX (029-864-4402)でも提出可能です。
• 所属や利用資格などに変更のある方は、書面にて登録変更手続きを行ってください。計算科学センター事務室にある「センター計算機利用登録書」に必要事項を記入し、同事務室に提出してください。申請書はhttp://ccwww.kek.jp/kek/cc/oper/systemapply/system-application.pdfから取得できます。

5. 無線LAN接続 (MAクラスター)

認証機器の更新に伴い、機構内アクセスポイントでのSSID「tsubaki」のブロードキャストを8月17日(金)の計画停電時に停止します。以降の接続は、新しいSSID「tsubaki-II」をご利用なさるようお願いします。「tsubaki」に登録されている機器は、既に「tsubaki-II」でも利用可能となっていますので、早めの移行をお願いします。なお、「tsubaki」への登録は、8月13日(月) 12時をもって新規登録を終了します。利用案内については、http://ccwww.kek.jp/ccsupport/network/ma-cluster.htmlを参照してください。

年度更新
期間：2012年 7月 17日 〜 8月13日12時
対象：職員、共同利用者は年度更新の必要はありません。職員でなくなった方で共同利用者以外の方
(その他、職員の紹介サインが必要とされる場合)は、継続申請をしてください。異動等により共同利用者から職員になった場合も申請が必要です。また、使用しなくなった機器がありましたら廃止申請をお願いいたします。http://ccwww.kek.jp/ccsupport/applyforms/wlan-registration.pdfより申請書をダウンロードして、必要事項を記載して、計算科学センター事務室に提出してください。年度更新がなされない機器は、8月16日の午前に機器の登録が削除され接続不可となります。再び利用するには、別途新規申請が必要になります。
